Weekly Weigh-in {8}

This week's weight loss was miraculous and made me so happy.  I definitely thought I was going to have gained weight so I didn't even look at the numbers.  My leader looked at me and said, "you did good" and I jerked the book out of her hand to see -- -1.6!!  woot!  I'm definitely attributing this to tracking my food (even if I eat too much of it,) drinking tons of water and the new classes I'm taking at the gym.  I think the addition of cardio with my weight training is a jump starter.

  2. So you have a no-reply thingy on your email that you leave comments with, and so I had to come over and say the comment you left on my post today? BEST COMMENT EVER. I was in Old Navy returning something and read it and laughed, out loud, and people were staring at me. Because that comment was so stinking true.
