I was so surprised and happy to have lost weight last week!  I definitely had more treats and ate at Panera four freaking more than once because my mom was visiting.  I took some new classes at the gym and I think those definitely helped shock my system.  

Unfortunately, there have been a few setbacks this week - one being yesterday when everyone in the house was napping and I was watching Hulu and mindlessly ate an entire sleeve of graham crackers and peanut butter!  Ugh!  Why do I do this?!!?  It won't defeat me but I am kind of upset that I work so hard at the gym and with my eating and then blow it in a few minutes!  Grrr!
